Gentle Fit at Meadow Park Sports Centre

Monday 16 October 2017, 10:30am - 11:30am

Exercises for strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Move at your own pace with your peers. You do not need to be able to get up and down from the floor. A great class for those that are intimidated by low impact circuit or feel it is too quick of a pace or too advanced for them.

Mondays: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Sept 11: try it for 5$

Sept 18 à Oct 30^th 6 classes cost: 60$ for residents
